Bio

I lead McKinsey’s global efforts to engage and strengthen our network of nearly 30,000 former consultants in 100 countries around the world, including over 3,000 alumni who serve as chief executive of their organizations.

My expertise and responsibilities include community engagement, marketing/communications (web, email, and print), career services, community building, and events, and help lead the development of McKinsey’s alumni web services infrastructure.

I also lead McKinsey’s global alumni knowledge dissemination efforts and have selected, hosted, and moderated the discussions of more than 160 web based knowledge events presented by senior McKinsey partners and attended by thousands of McKinsey alumni.

As a former consultant at McKinsey, I regularly advise clients around the world on their alumni engagement strategy. Over the past several years I have shared my perspectives on alumni engagement with a wide range of international media, and I have also served as a keynote speaker at conferences on alumni engagement in Germany, England, Ireland, and the US. In 2014 I also helped manage McKinsey’s strategic partnership with the World Economic Forum, including our presence at the Annual Meeting in Davos.

On a personal level, I enjoy learning about, trying, and evangelizing new social, web, and wireless technologies, and I am also an automotive enthusiast. I have attended the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 12 of the last 15 years, and have attended a host of classic and new automotive shows, including Los Angeles, Las Vegas (SEMA), Pebble Beach, as well as several in New England.
