Bio

Ilya is a recent graduate of the MIT Sloan Fellows program in Innovation and Global Leadership. He has over 15 years of experience in enterprise information technology, leading transformation roles in strategy, innovation, and technology project management in companies that range from a successful startup to a $3B enterprise. Prior to Sloan, he served as the Chief Information Officer at the largest private transportation firm in Russia. In 2013, Kommersant Magazine recognized Ilya as Russia’s best CIO in the Logistics and Transportation industry.

Ilya’s expertise and interests include technology-enabled transformation, enterprise IT architecture and advanced data analytics. He continues to learn daily from the MIT community, technology executives and entrepreneurs, with focus on information security management, data protection policies and governance.

Ilya received his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Ph.D. in Information Technology / Operations Research from the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics. He is a member of the IEEE and INFORMS.
