Eileen Glovsky is a Change Management Consultant, specializing in Human Resource technology implementations for both the public and private sector.

Eileen served as the Director of Administration during the start up phase of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, managing technology infrastructure, human resources and procurement. Prior to that, Eileen was a Deputy Treasurer for the State Treasurer’s Office, responsible for the Commonwealth Covenant Fund, Information Technology and Administration functions. Before joining the public sector, Eileen spent over 20 years in private industry, primarily in accounting and information technology.

She has a Bachelors Degree from San Francisco State and a Masters Degree from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
