Bio

In her role as VP of Development for Keystone Strategy, Pat is focused on rebuilding performance and talent development processes for Keystone Strategy’s full team. Before joining Keystone, Pat was Senior Associate Director at Cornell’s Johnson School of Management CMC where she focused on developing and delivering programming to prep students for consulting and technology roles, lead a team to develop a digital app for matching students with alumni interview prep, and revamped the process for preparing scientists and engineers for business and business technology.

As Founder and Principal at OD Consulting, Pat worked on process improvement as well as coaching soldiers/veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan hoping to find their way to graduate education – highly rewarding work.

Pat also spent most of 14 years at PRTM as a strategy consultant and special projects manager-reporting to the CEO. Pat has also worked as an engineer for Corning Inc., Eastman Kodak, and Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC).

Pat holds an MSM in Management from MIT Sloan and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
